Brand Guidelines

FAYRWATCH is operated by Croissant.im LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th Street North, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.

These Brand Guidelines explain how creators, viewers, press, partners, and third parties may refer to FAYRWATCH, Croissant.im LLC, the FAYRWATCH name, logos, screenshots, product visuals, and other brand materials.

These guidelines do not give anyone ownership of FAYRWATCH, Croissant.im LLC, the FAYRWATCH name, logos, designs, product interface, or other brand assets.

1. FAYRWATCH brand ownership

Croissant.im LLC owns or controls the FAYRWATCH brand as used for the platform, including the FAYRWATCH name, logo, wordmarks, product visuals, interface elements, designs, pages, and related brand materials.

You may not use FAYRWATCH brand assets except as allowed by these Brand Guidelines, the Terms of Service, written permission from Croissant.im LLC, or applicable law.

2. How to refer to FAYRWATCH

You may refer to FAYRWATCH by name when the reference is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Examples of permitted factual references include:

• "Watch my videos on FAYRWATCH";
• "Available on FAYRWATCH";
• "My FAYRWATCH creator page";
• "I uploaded a video to FAYRWATCH";
• press, commentary, reviews, tutorials, or news coverage about FAYRWATCH.

You must not suggest that FAYRWATCH or Croissant.im LLC sponsors, endorses, approves, employs, certifies, partners with, or officially supports you unless you have written permission.

3. Use of logos and visual assets

You may only use official FAYRWATCH logos, icons, buttons, badges, screenshots, or visual assets that are provided by FAYRWATCH or Croissant.im LLC.

You may not create your own version of the FAYRWATCH logo, redraw it, distort it, recolor it, animate it, add effects to it, place it inside another logo, combine it with another mark, or use it in a way that makes it look like your own brand.

If official brand assets are not made available by FAYRWATCH, you should use a plain text reference to FAYRWATCH instead of copying logos or screenshots.

4. Creator use of the FAYRWATCH name

Creators may use the FAYRWATCH name to tell viewers where to find their content, link to their creator page, or promote content they have uploaded to FAYRWATCH.

Creators may not use FAYRWATCH branding to imply that they are employees, official representatives, verified partners, exclusive partners, or official spokespeople of FAYRWATCH unless FAYRWATCH gives written permission.

5. Prohibited brand uses

You may not use the FAYRWATCH name, logo, or brand assets:

• in a false, misleading, deceptive, or confusing way;
• to imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, employment, approval, verification, or certification without written permission;
• in your company name, product name, app name, website name, channel name, social media handle, domain name, or trademark in a way that may confuse people;
• in paid advertising without permission;
• on merchandise, apparel, stickers, NFTs, tokens, collectibles, or physical products without permission;
• in connection with scams, fraud, malware, illegal content, hate, harassment, adult sexual content, exploitation, or unsafe activity;
• in a way that damages, dilutes, imitates, or harms the FAYRWATCH brand;
• in a way that suggests your content or product is official FAYRWATCH content when it is not.

6. Domains, usernames, and social handles

You may not register or use domain names, usernames, app names, account names, or social handles that are confusingly similar to FAYRWATCH or that imply official control by FAYRWATCH or Croissant.im LLC.

Examples of names that may create confusion include names suggesting official support, official login pages, official payments, official jobs, official creator support, or official FAYRWATCH accounts when they are not controlled by Croissant.im LLC.

7. Screenshots and product images

You may use screenshots of FAYRWATCH for truthful commentary, reviews, education, tutorials, press, or creator promotion, as long as the screenshot is not misleading and does not reveal private user information.

You may not use screenshots in a way that suggests endorsement, hides important context, misrepresents the platform, exposes private data, or uses creator content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Press and editorial use

Press, reviewers, educators, and commentators may refer to FAYRWATCH and may use limited screenshots or factual descriptions for reporting, commentary, criticism, education, or review, subject to applicable law.

Press or editorial use must not falsely imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by FAYRWATCH.

9. Partnerships and commercial use

Any commercial use of FAYRWATCH brand assets outside these guidelines requires written permission from Croissant.im LLC.

This includes paid campaigns, sponsorships, co-branded pages, integrations, events, merchandise, public partnerships, press releases, investor materials using FAYRWATCH branding, and any use that suggests a formal relationship with FAYRWATCH.

10. Use of creator content

FAYRWATCH branding rules do not give you rights to use creator content.

If you want to use a creator's video, image, thumbnail, music, title, name, likeness, or other content, you must get the necessary rights from the creator or relevant rights holder unless your use is otherwise allowed by law.

11. No modification or misuse of the platform identity

You may not copy FAYRWATCH's interface, page layouts, product design, creator profile design, subscription flow, logos, buttons, or brand style in a way that misleads users or creates confusion about whether your product or page is operated by FAYRWATCH.

12. Enforcement

FAYRWATCH may ask you to change or stop any use of its name, logo, screenshots, brand assets, or platform identity if we believe the use violates these Brand Guidelines, the Terms of Service, the law, or creates confusion or risk.

FAYRWATCH may also remove content, suspend accounts, restrict links, or take legal action where necessary to protect users, creators, the platform, or the FAYRWATCH brand.

13. Changes to these Brand Guidelines

FAYRWATCH may update these Brand Guidelines from time to time. Updated guidelines apply once posted or otherwise made available.

Continued use of FAYRWATCH brand assets after updated guidelines become effective means you accept the updated guidelines.
