Our commitment

FAYRWATCH, operated by Croissant.im LLC, respects intellectual property rights and expects its creators to do the same. We respond promptly to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law.

Required information

Your notice must include all of the following under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Your full name and contact information (email address, mailing address, phone number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on FAYRWATCH.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

What happens next

  • We will review your notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.
  • We will notify the uploader that their content has been removed and provide a copy of the notice.
  • Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@croissant.im with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order to restrain the restoration.

False claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer.
